Meet the Dental Team

Our friendly dental team is here to ensure you have a great visit to Warsaw Family Dentistry. Learn more about the team members you will meet during your visit below.

Dr. Tina German

Dr. German is the proud owner of Warsaw Family Dentistry and has been since 2008. She moved to Warsaw with her husband Jeff and their two daughters in 2006 to begin her dental career. She has been in the dental field for over 30 years now! Dr. German graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry. She worked as a dental hygienist for 11 years before returning to school to earn her DDS degree. While pursuing her dental degree she worked as a hygienist at Riley Hospital in Indianapolis.

What she enjoys the most about being a dentist is helping patients to not be fearful of visiting the dentist. She is very proud of her dental team and values building lasting relationships with her patients. In her downtime she enjoys swimming, caring for animals and can be found outside exploring nature.

Dr. German is a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, Seattle Study Club and the North Central Dental Society. She regularly attends continuing education courses in order to provide high equality dental care to her patients.

Dr. Taylor Hatfield

Dr. Taylor Hatfield grew up in Etna Green, IN and attended Triton Jr/Sr High School in Bourbon, Indiana. Her studies took her to Indiana University East (Richmond,IN) where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Knowing she wanted to be a dentist from a very young age, it was no surprise when Dr. Hatfield decided to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She is an alumna of Indiana University of Dentistry where she graduated with high academic distinction and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.

Outside of the dental office, Dr. Hatfield enjoys cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, spending time on the boat on Chapman Lake, and walking her Golden Retriever on the Winona Lake trails (he has LOTS of energy).

Dr. Hatfield is so excited to serve the community she grew up in and is committed to the highest level of patient care. Dr. Hatfield is a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, Seattle Study Club and the North Central Dental Society. She believes in consistently growing and keeping current with new techniques through continuing education.

Nancy

Front Office Coordinator

Our awesome office manager Nancy! She has been the smiling friendly face our patients first see when they walk in for 29 years! Nancy helps organize our schedule, figure out insurance questions, and assist with payments towards treatment. She’s a true gem to our office bringing skill and laughter to the office!

Nancy has lived in the Warsaw area for 46 years. On her free time, she enjoys painting, cycling & exercising. You can see her on Sundays attending WCC with her husband and enjoys Bible studies. She also visits with her children and ten grandchildren whenever she can.

Ashley

Front Office

Ashley is a vital part of our team and has been a part of our team since August of 2021 and received her Radiology license in 2022. Her job involves mainly being up front; whether that be finding an appointment time that fits into their schedule, assisting your questions, helping patients fit the treatments they need into their lifestyles and budgets or just helping them feel comfortable in our dental office. She also enjoys assisting the doctors and helping out in the back when needed.

She is a busy mother of 4 children; Reagyn, Bostyn, Bensyn and Maislyn that she adores. On her spare time, she enjoys watching her kids challenge themselves in sports they love to do; whether it’s in competitive gymnastics on the Lake City Gymnastics team, swimming on the Warsaw Aquatics Team or playing Little League Baseball. Outside of the office she also enjoys getting hers nails done and having a good cup of coffee, while creating good memories with her family.

Brooke

Dental Hygienist

Brooke has been a dental hygienist for over 10 years. She enjoys volunteering at Matthew 25 Health and Dental Clinic in Fort Wayne and is a Dental Advisory Board member there. Her priority as a dental hygienist is to build trusting relationships with her patients by helping them with their oral hygiene needs.

During her free time outside of the office she loves spending time with her husband and dog Cody. She also enjoys being outside, especially being on the lake whenever she can.

Karen

Dental Hygienist

Karen has been part of this amazing team since 1998 and a hygienist since December of 1984. She is married with two daughters, one son-in-law, and two grandsons, and a third grandchild due soon. She loves spending her extra time with them! Her passion is helping patients find ways to get and stay healthy. She is a continual learner always looking for new ways to improve your dental health. She absolutely loves being part of this team and getting to know and care for our patients!

Karen is always looking for ways to better serve her patients with new techniques and newer products to improve their oral (and overall) health.

Leticia

Dental Hygienist

Leticia attended college at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne graduating in 2012. She started in 2013 at Warsaw Family Dentistry as a dental hygienist. She has enjoyed getting to know existing and new patients and helping with any anxieties they may hold. She loves educating and working with patients on improving their dental hygiene. Among her many talents, she is bilingual and speaks Spanish, allowing her to expand into the Spanish speaking community to help them understand the treatment needed to reach optimal dental health. She is part of the Summit Hygiene Study Club where she continues learning in the field.

Leticia and her husband, Juan, have been married since 2012 and have a beautiful little girl, Elisa, and her 13-year-old Maltipoo, Dobby. Outside of work, she likes crafting, shopping, and enjoying time with family. She is a big Disney fan and likes to visit Disney world as much as she can. She hopes to one day visit there with her parents and siblings’ families to share the magic together.

Michelle

Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Michelle joined the office in 2007 working side by side with Dr. German. She is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with a certificate in coronal polishing and is able to place fluoride, place fillings and perform other assisting duties. With all of her wonderful experience most of the time she is in the back but you can sometimes catch her up front helping out as well. Hearing patients’ stories and seeing their confidence and quality of life improve due to their dental health is the favorite part of her job!

Michelle and her husband, Isaac are high school sweethearts and have been married since 2007. They have two athletic teenage children; Madi and Walker, that keep them busy with volleyball, football, wrestling and everyday life, 2 dogs; Heidi and Jet and a cat named Chapman. Outside of work, she is also a youth leader at Epic group at the North Webster Church of God, spreading the word of God to the youth of our community. She loves making memories with her family, laughing with her friends and traveling; mainly to her favorite place, Disney World.

Natalie

Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Natalie joined us in late 2020, but has been a dental assistant since 2009. She is passionate about her career in Dentistry, starting in the field at the age of 17 working as a sterilization technician. Through her extensive training, she has become an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and is certified to polish, place fluoride and knows her way around the office as well, making her a huge asset to the office! You will catch her along side Dr. Hatfield assisting her and helping out with other staff members when needed.

Natalie and her Husband, Joel, have been married since 2011, they have a golden retriever named Reggie that they adore. In her spare time if she’s not working out, running or preparing for a 5k run she’s listening to True Crime podcasts. When the weather is warm she loves sitting on her front porch rocking chair with a Starbucks drink, enjoying the nice weather with her dog Reggie or walking the Syracuse boardwalk together.
